I don't know exactly when the football fever took over me, but must've been quite a strong infection! In this country, where cricket is the ultimate obsession, I was more attracted to this sport, more attacking, faster, and no doubt, very much more interesting! Once i became a fan, i fully understood why the game is called the game of the globe, and not just literally speaking!
In my childhood, football meant only two words for me, Brazil and Argentina, because once you see Ronaldo and Rivaldo and Batistuta, you do think, 'Boy! That's the way its meant to be played!'. As years went by, along with international football, I started following league action too, and that's when a new equation was formed in my mind. And that was...Football=ManU!! No need to say, that I'm a die hard fan. Its not only the action on the field in EPL that's worth watchin, but also off the field!
And so any football fan would know, how exciting this evening is! For the first time in its history, two English teams, archrivals in EPL...Chelsea, the team that has caused quite a stir in the Premiership arena, look to challenge the Red Devils themselves, recently crowned EPL champions, in an all England final of the prestigious UEFA Champions League! The venue is the Russian Capital....man! Is that gonna be a rocking night or what! Especially, when the enemity between the two teams has reached its all time high after loss of Chelsea in EPL.... Will Man U score a double this year and be without a doubt the best in Europe? Or will Chelsea excel their domestic opponents at the european level? I obviously hope for the first one.....But lets wait and watch....Sit tight guys...Coz' its gonna be a rough ride! To Moscow!!
